I picked out The Impoverished Dowry because I love romance novels and this one had a terrific cover! It’s acknowledged in the book that Coral’s gowns are old-fashioned, but when they look that good who cares? Soft and slow; perfect for a haunting.
I absolutely loved this omnibus! I’m so glad I’ve been able to get this instead of needing to wait for each issue to come out. The art is stunning, the writing perfect, and each character is beautifully drawn out.
